History

Established in 1987 by Kings Custom Builders, Southwest Georgia Wholesale has been dedicated to serving the needs of the modular manufacturing sector. Our success is based on treating our customers with respect. We have a reputation for being fair, honest, trustworthy and, most of all, reliable. Our history has been based on helping customers find the right product at the right price, and going the extra mile to meet their needs.

Throughout our 32 years, we've focused on delivering innovative solutions no else would provide. It's one of the reasons we have such a diverse range of unique products. When we first started, we fulfilled the specialized needs of our modular manufacturing business because there were no other suppliers who could provide the quality solutions or products we needed.

Today

We serve modular manufacturers from the east coast to the midwest and everywhere in between. We have expanded our services to address the unique needs of military bases, schools and commercial clients for modular applications for door solutions, fire and safety products, emergency light, and HVAC.

Our store in Ellaville, Georgia, serves the local needs of our customers, businesses and surrounding communities, providing a full range of building materials, lumber, tools, plumbing, electrical, PVC pipes, lawn and garden, and even pet food. For mobile home owners, we are your first source of supply for replacement parts or renovating your mobile homes.

Today, Southwest Georgia Wholesale is recognized as a leading supplier of doors, door hinges, door locks, door closures, emergency exit lighting, commercial wall louvers, HVAC, and HALO lights for modular manufacturing.
